Cart Forensics: GWP is a Shopify app that enables merchants to create Gift With Purchase promotions. The app provides offer management, storefront gift selection UI, and a server-side discount function that applies free gift pricing at checkout.
You agree to:
Cart Forensics: GWP offers a free tier and paid subscription plans billed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge the applicable subscription fee every 30 days. You can cancel or change your plan at any time through the app settings. Refunds are handled per Shopify's billing policies.
Cart Forensics: GWP is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any lost revenue, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app depends on Shopify's platform and APIs, which are outside our control.
You may terminate your use of Cart Forensics: GWP at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. Upon uninstallation, all your data is permanently deleted and any active subscription is cancelled.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app for violations of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
